The President, Mrs. Bola Thomas
Mrs. Bola Thomas was elected in 2001 as the President of the Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria. She is the first ever female President and currently serves on it's board of Trustees.
She launched her advertising Career at Grant Advertising in 1978. In 1986, she partnered with Colleagues to establish one of Nigeria's top rated Advertising Agency, Lawson Thomas and Colleagues Advertising Ltd. (LTC/JWT). Then as founding creative Director, she was very involved in it's creative pitches and robust account acquisitions. She became the Managing Director of the Organization in 1997, a position she held until she retired in 2003.
She is currently the Chairman of LTC Advertising Ltd.
As one of the foremost Advertising Copywriters in Nigeria, Bola contributed immensely to the development of young creative copywriters and Advertising executives through her participation in Training Workshops, Seminars, Lectures, etc.
She also played key roles in Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria(APCON) and other professional bodies, key among which is the Women in Management and Business (WIMBIZ).
A Woman of many parts, Bola is very active in various Charities, Church and Community development Programmes. As a past President of the Inner Wheel Club of Satellite Town, she was involved in the donation of materials to Communities, Schools and the underprivileged. She undertook enlightenment Programmes in Community Health Centers on Cancer and other Health Care.
In recognition of her community services and professional excellence, Bola received several awards. These include:

The Vice President, Mr. Ezekiel Lawal
Mr. Ezekiel Ade Lawal is a financial Administrator, Building Technology and an Alternate Energy expert for over 25 years.
He graduated from Nigerian College of Administration (NICA). He is an Associate Chartered Institute Administrator (ACIA).
He also holds a certification in Modern Building and an expert in A-Z of Building Technology.
He is a member of the European Energy Centre (MEEC), Napier University, Scotland, United Kingdom.
He is also a Galileo Masters Certificate holder, (GMC), Italy.
He was a managing partner at Mega Point Promotion, Lagos, a Company that specialize in Clients' Management and Services.
He is also a managing partner at KAT 14 Professionals, Lagos.
The Managing Director, Mrs. Anne Omono Ralph-Nwanze
Anne Omono RALPH-NWANZE holds a BSc. (Hons.) in Urban and Regional Planning from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State (Nigeria), Master's in Business Administration from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu State, Nigeria.
She holds other professional certifications as Associate of Certified Institute of Cost Management of Nigeria (ACICM), member Portfolio and Debt Management of Nigeria (MPDM), Member, Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (MCIHRM), Certified Personnel Manager and Chartered level member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and Fellow Institute of |Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (FIPMA) and Doctoral Fellow, Corporate Institute of Strategic Research (DFCSI).
Anne has over 21 Years of working experience with Ecobank Nigeria Limited. She held various positions in Customer Service Unit, Counter Services, Funds Transfer, Mastercard Liaison Officer, Customer Service Manager, Cluster Head Operations and Branch Manager in various branches in Lagos, Nigeria.
Before joining Ecobank, she worked at Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, Satellite Town Administration, Modulor Group of Architects and Planning Consultants and Wallstreet Trust Company Limited.
Presently, she is the MD/CEO, EA CRYSTAL GROUP.
The Admin Manager, Mrs. Modupe Akinwande
Modupe Ibironke Akinwande holds a BSc. in Public Administration at the University of Lagos. National Diploma (Mass Communication) at Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu, Lagos.
She is a member of the Institute of |Professional Managers and Administrators. (IPMA)
She has worked in several Organizations for over two decades in various capacities, including, AAA & Co. Realtors where she worked up to 18 Years.
Presently, she is the Admin Manager at EA Crystal.
The Head of Accounts, Mr. Olayiwola Adigun
Olayiwola Adigun holds an NCE in Accounting from Lagos State College of Education, now Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, Ijanikin, Lagos and HND in Accounting in Kwara Polytechnic, Kwara State.
An Educationist for some Years.
He is an experienced Auditor, spanning several Years.
Experienced Tax Auditor and counting.
He is presently the Head of Accounts at EA Crystal.
