The President – Mrs. Bola Thomas
Mrs. Bola Thomas was elected in 2001 as the first female President of the Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria (AAAN) and currently serves on her Board of Trustees.
She began her advertising career at Grant Advertising in 1978 and later co-founded Lawson Thomas and Colleagues Advertising Limited(LTC/JWT) in 1986, becoming her Managing Director in 1997 until her retirement in 2003. She is now the Chairman of LTC Advertising Ltd.
A celebrated copywriter, she has mentored countless advertising creatives and contributed immensely to APCON, WIMBIZ, and other professional bodies. Her community work spans charity, health advocacy, and educational support.

The Vice President – Mr. Ezekiel Ade Lawal
Mr. Ezekiel Lawal is a seasoned Financial Administrator, Building Technologist, and a Renewable Energy Expert with over 25 years of experience. A graduate of NICA and an ACIA member, he also holds certifications in Modern Building, Galileo Masters Certificate (Italy), and is a member of the European Energy Centre, Napier University, Scotland.
He previously served as managing partner at Mega Point Promotion and KAT 14 Professionals in Lagos, specializing in client management, energy solutions, and strategic operations.
The Managing Director – Mrs. Anne Omono Ralph-Nwanze
Anne Omono Ralph-Nwanze holds a BSc in Urban and Regional Planning from OAU, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and multiple professional certifications across finance, HR, banking, and strategic management.
She spent over 21 years at Ecobank Nigeria, rising through key operational roles including Customer Service Manager, Cluster Head Operations, and Branch Manager across several branches.
Prior experience includes the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, Modulor Group, and Wallstreet Trust Company. She currently serves as the MD/CEO of EA Crystal.
Admin Manager – Mrs. Modupe Akinwande
Modupe Akinwande holds a BSc in Public Administration and a National Diploma in Mass Communication. She is a professional member of IPMA and brings over two decades of administrative experience.
Her career includes an 18-year service at AAA & Co Realtors, where she excelled in administrative leadership and client operations. She is currently the Admin Manager at EA Crystal.
Head of Accounts – Mr. Olayiwola Adigun
Olayiwola Adigun holds an NCE and HND in Accounting and has worked as an Educationist, Auditor, and Tax Auditor for several years.
With a strong foundation in financial analysis, compliance, and audit processes, he currently serves as the Head of Accounts at EA Crystal.
